Jon M. Smiley > President
Jon Smiley has been involved in the construction industry for over twenty years. He has experience in every aspect of construction from pre-engineered metal building construction, to historic restoration of some of America’s most treasured landmarks. Jon has a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University and a Master’s of Fine Arts degree from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art. “Having an art background, I believe that I am able to visualize a final product in a way that benefits the customer. If an architect or designer comes to me with an idea, I can grasp their creative side. This is helpful in the early stages of budgeting and design.”

Wendy Smiley > Chief Financial Officer
Wendy Smiley oversees all in-house accounting as well as proposal generation for all projects. She produces all final pricing proposals and is responsible for making sure that iON’s financial paperwork is always in order. By utilizing our estimating and scheduling software, Wendy is able to track payments, liability insurance requirements, lien releases and scheduling by utilizing the capabilities of our state-of-the-art accounting and scheduling software.
